Job Summary
This exciting opportunity is for an IT Support Specialist to join a client in Böblingen, Germany, focusing on 1st and 2nd level support. The role involves managing IT and telecommunication inquiries, documenting and classifying them in a central ticketing system, and actively monitoring and resolving open requests and disruptions. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, remote support, or in-person, collaborating with colleagues and escalating complex problems when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the client environment, including the installation of operating systems and applications. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and on-site presence, within a supportive and modern work environment that values employee well-being and professional growth.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) is desirable
