Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT and telecommunication support within a dynamic team based in Stuttgart, with a hybrid work model offering both remote and on-site presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal IT inquiries, documenting and classifying issues in a central ticketing system, and resolving hardware and software problems via phone, remote support, or in-person. Key responsibilities also include overseeing and processing open requests and disturbances, troubleshooting IT issues independently, and coordinating with advanced support levels when necessary. Additionally, the role involves managing the client environment, specifically focusing on the installation of operating systems and applications. This position is ideal for someone with initial experience in IT support, a passion for technology, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
