Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and coordinating software releases for the 'rvSystem' core system, which handles Rehabilitation, Pension, and Insurance (RRV) for the German Federal Pension Insurance. You will be responsible for the strategic evaluation and management of release processes, ensuring that new functions, technical changes, and bug fixes are deployed safely using risk-based planning. Day-to-day, you will lead cross-functional projects, represent the organization in internal and cross-provider IT committees, and coordinate release schedules across multiple projects. A key part of the role is assessing the technical and functional risks of release candidates and hotfixes to ensure stable production operations.
