Job Summary

As the Head of Accounting within the Finance and Controlling department, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing both technical and disciplinary aspects of the accounting team. Your primary focus will be driving the digital transformation of the organization by implementing automated processes and integrating AI into bookkeeping workflows. You will hold strategic responsibility for company-wide accounting systems, managing the transition from current SAP environments to S/4HANA. Day-to-day, you will ensure high data quality, maintain internal control systems for tax compliance, and lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and KHBV standards.
