Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive management and technical support of IT workstations and infrastructure for the General Directorate of Waterways and Shipping (GDWS) in Aurich. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of client systems and standard applications such as Active Directory and SCCM. Your day-to-day tasks include providing technical support for specialized applications, creating detailed system documentation, and performing critical error analysis to resolve system malfunctions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on various projects and manage IT equipment procurement.
