Job Summary

As a Senior Network Administrator at Stromnetz Berlin, you will play a critical role in maintaining and modernizing Berlin's 36,000-kilometer power grid. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve operating and evolving the corporate network infrastructure, including routing, switching, data center switching, and firewall systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting vulnerabilities, maintaining technical documentation, and managing small to medium-sized projects. This role is essential for ensuring the information security of critical infrastructure in a digitalized energy sector. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience with BGP, F5 WAF, and Cisco SDA
  • Experience in operating firewalls, VPNs, routers, and load balancing systems
  • Experience in managing small to medium-sized IT projects
  • Experience in creating and implementing network concepts
