As an IT Support Specialist in Nuremberg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users facing technical challenges. Your daily responsibilities include handling incoming support requests via telephone, documenting and prioritizing issues within a ticketing system, and performing initial troubleshooting based on standard processes. Beyond remote support, you will also provide hands-on technical service on-site at the headquarters and branch offices.
