As a Field Service IT Technician based in Kassel, you will be the primary point of contact for onsite technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations for diverse clients. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware, peripherals, and Windows-based systems. You will handle incident management and service requests, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks and supporting large-scale rollouts and infrastructure projects.
