Job Summary

As a Content Engineer in the defense sector, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing digital modeling and configuration workflows. Your daily responsibilities include designing semi-automated processes and scripts using Autodesk 3DSMax and Adobe Substance Painter, as well as managing raw data processing with tools like Feature Manipulation Engine (FME). You will be responsible for the quality assurance of digital content on Team City, analyzing log files, and verifying errors. Furthermore, you will independently create 3D models and databases for visual and control data using TRIAN3DBuilder and manage technical requirements for both internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Geoinformatics or Media Informatics who enjoy working at the intersection of 3D modeling and data science. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Geodata Science, Geoinformatics, Media Informatics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Extensive experience using GIS tools including ArcGIS, FME, and Global Mapper
  • Proven experience with Max Scripting and TRIAN3DBuilder
  • Solid experience working with Adobe Substance and various 3D/Geodata formats
  • Professional experience in technical requirements management for stakeholders
