Job Summary

As a Technical Manager in Bremen, you will lead the technical lifecycle of mission equipment and training solutions for defense and government sectors. Your daily responsibilities include developing system concepts, conducting requirement analyses, and managing system integration and testing. You will serve as a pivotal leader, providing technical direction to development teams while coordinating work packages and schedules. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to negotiate technical content with international suppliers and partners, present technical proposals to clients, and manage technical risk and claim management.
