Job Summary

As a Verification Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of mission-critical systems and subsystems for a global leader in defense and training solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing verification concepts, managing technical analyses, and coordinating test planning across various levels, including system integration and external sub-contractor components. You will oversee system qualification processes, including environmental and EMC testing, and manage test-related risk mitigation. Furthermore, you will lead workshops, conduct field tests, and report project progress to stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical and radio engineering, combined with a structured approach to problem-solving.
