Job Summary

As a Marine Service Specialist, you will join an expert team dedicated to the automation and commissioning of electrical systems aboard commercial and naval vessels, including submarines. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve programming automation systems, conducting functional tests on switchboards, generators, and power distributions, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues. You will develop detailed commissioning plans and documentation, ensuring all systems meet international safety and quality standards like VDE and CE. This role is highly dynamic, offering the chance to support customers on-site, remotely, or via telephone. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an electrical profession or a university degree in Automation Technology, Drive Technology, or a related electrical engineering field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or energy technology
  • Experience in commissioning and functional testing of electrical components such as transformers and generators
  • Experience in developing commissioning plans, schedules, and checklists
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting and analyzing data for electrical system failures
  • Experience working with international quality standards and safety regulations
