Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician in Berlin, you will serve as the first point of contact for users facing technical challenges. Your daily activities will center on managing incoming support requests through various channels including phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing user administration tasks such as password resets in Active Directory and SAP, and ensuring all incidents are documented according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role is ideal for service-oriented individuals who enjoy problem-solving in a professional IT infrastructure environment.
