Job Summary
This part-time (50%) role at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science involves spearheading the digital transformation of academic processes. You will be responsible for the conception, analysis, and documentation of digital teaching and examination formats, specifically within the Digital Business department. Your day-to-day will include selecting and implementing new software tools, optimizing existing administrative workflows, and managing digital information and feedback systems for students across various degree programs like Online Marketing and Business Informatics. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to shape the digital infrastructure of a practice-oriented university while maintaining the department's web presence and coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Online Marketing, Digital Business, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the digitalization of processes, preferably within a higher education or university environment
- Practical experience in the selection, implementation, and administration of digital tools and software
- Proven experience in managing web-based systems and digital learning infrastructures
- Experience in coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders
