As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your daily responsibilities include installing, configuring, and commissioning clients and peripheral hardware, as well as managing Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 services. You will handle incident management and service requests through a ticketing system, following established SLAs. Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a key role in hardware rollouts, office moves, and infrastructure tasks such as cabling and patching. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct user interaction and structured problem-solving. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification).

Experience

  • 2+ years of professional experience in onsite support, IT support, rollouts, or a comparable technical position
  • Professional experience in handling common IT hardware and peripheral devices
  • Experience working with ticketing tools and following defined service processes (SLAs)
  • Practical experience in Windows client configuration and deployment
