As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct, hands-on technical assistance to users in a professional service environment in Düsseldorf. Your daily routine involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IT hardware, including clients and peripherals. You will manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system, ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs. Key tasks include configuring Windows 10/11 clients, managing Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments, and supporting hardware rollouts or office moves. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience working with ticket systems and following defined SLA processes
  • Experience in client staging and deployment
