As an IT Systems Electronics Technician at Mediaform, you will serve as a technical expert for Auto-ID systems, including printers and scanners. Your daily responsibilities involve providing telephone support for installation and configuration, performing remote troubleshooting, and conducting technical maintenance and repairs. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, documenting activities in a ticket system while advising the sales and product management departments. Required Skills
