As a Senior Specialist in Global Finance Technology & Data, you will serve as the primary product owner for the Pigment platform, shaping the future of the company's financial landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading global technology initiatives, designing sophisticated data strategies, and advancing forecasting capabilities such as driver-based and rolling forecasts. You will oversee the platform's architecture, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the integration of ETL/ELT patterns and APIs within the finance data ecosystem. A key part of this role is bridging the gap between technical data science and strategic financial planning by partnering with FP&A and Accounting teams. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience leading finance-technology or FP&A systems development with ownership of a planning platform at scale
- Hands-on expertise in Pigment, including model architecture, advanced formulas, and platform administration
- Proven track record of implementing complex data structures and data modeling
- Extensive experience with financial systems and data analysis tools
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams of modelers and data engineers
- Professional experience in business planning and financial forecasting processes
