Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and documentation of electrical systems for large-scale plant engineering projects. Your daily activities will involve creating detailed circuit diagrams and terminal plans using EPLAN, planning cable routing based on specific technical requirements, and developing testing protocols for system integration. You will also provide technical oversight for subcontractors and support the installation and commissioning of subsystems. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and ambitious career starters who want to work on complex development projects for renowned clients. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Design Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field; or a qualification as a state-certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical design, development, or manufacturing
- Specialized knowledge in electrical engineering, preferably in laboratory or building installations
- Experience in creating test and trial regulations using ECAD software
- Experience in technical supervision and construction feasibility studies
