Job Summary

This role offers a comprehensive training path to become a certified German and European Patent Attorney within one of Europe's most prestigious intellectual property law firms. Based in Frankfurt, you will work closely with experienced attorneys to handle a diverse range of IP matters, including drafting patent applications, consulting with inventors, and formulating legal opinions based on research reports and examination notices. You will actively participate in oral proceedings and support opposition and appeal procedures before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in Physics or IT who possess sharp analytical skills and a desire to bridge the gap between technology and law. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or IT; a PhD is considered an advantage.
