Job Summary

This role offers a comprehensive training path to becoming a German and European Patent Attorney within one of Europe's most prestigious intellectual property law firms. Based in Frankfurt, the successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys to handle the full spectrum of industrial property rights. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting patent applications, consulting with inventors, and formulating legal opinions on the prospects of patent grants based on search reports and examination notices. You will also participate in oral proceedings and support opposition and appeal procedures before the German and European Patent Offices. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field. A Doctorate (PhD) is highly preferred.

Experience

  • Proven track record of high academic achievement in chemistry or related disciplines
