This role involves active participation in the Lower Immission Control Authority for the District of Coesfeld, focusing on industrial environmental protection. Day-to-day responsibilities include the approval and monitoring of facilities subject to immission control laws, reviewing building applications and expert reports, and providing technical advice on urban land-use planning. You will act as a primary point of contact for planning law and immission control, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and technical regulations. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in environmental protection or immission control is preferred
- Extensive and in-depth knowledge in the application of environmental law
- Experience in applying technical regulations and standards
- Experience in evaluating building applications and technical expert opinions
- Previous experience with specialist software Komvor is an advantage

- Willingness to use a private vehicle for official business trips (reimbursed). Participation in the on-call standby duty for the environmental alarm plan of the Coesfeld district is required.
