Job Summary

As an Electrical Commissioning Technician, you will be responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems on rail vehicles in Kassel. Your daily tasks involve performing functional tests, diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions, and ensuring all electrical and electronic systems operate reliably and efficiently according to high quality standards. You will also be responsible for precise documentation of these processes, including data entry into SAP. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrical Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, supplemented by further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Experience in conducting functional tests and error analysis according to test instructions
  • Experience with electrical measuring and testing equipment
  • Experience in creating documentation and test protocols, specifically within SAP systems
  • Experience in control technology and high/low voltage systems is preferred
