Your daily activities will involve installing, replacing, and commissioning standardized client hardware such as desktops, workstations, and mobile devices, as well as managing software deployments via imaging or manual installation. You will play a critical role in user account management through Active Directory, maintaining UCC hardware like Cisco IP phones, and handling mobile device repairs. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will coordinate office moves, manage hardware inventory, and oversee external technicians.
