This role involves driving organizational transformation within the Kiel Office for Culture and Continuing Education. As an Innovation and Process Management Officer, you will act as a strategic consultant for department heads and staff, identifying optimization potentials in administrative workflows and implementing digital solutions to replace analog processes. Your daily responsibilities include developing process controlling tools, visualizing 'target' process maps, and coordinating central projects that bridge the gap between creative cultural work and structured administration. You will also perform budget deviation analyses and prepare reports for political committees. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or FH-Diploma) with a minimum of 6 semesters, or completion of the Career Examination for the second level of civil service (General Services), or completion of the Administrative Specialist Course II (Angestelltenlehrgang II).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience relevant to the required educational background
