Job Summary
As a Service Owner for M365 Services at Delos Cloud, you will be responsible for the stable, secure, and scalable operation of a sovereign Azure-based Microsoft 365 environment dedicated to the German public sector. Your day-to-day work involves managing the entire service lifecycle—from architecture and deployment to monitoring and optimization—for core services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Identity. You will act as a key liaison between technology partners like Microsoft and internal stakeholders, ensuring KPIs are met and operational improvements are implemented. This role is uniquely attractive as it offers the chance to shape the digital transformation of Germany's public administration within a secure, BSI-compliant cloud infrastructure. You will lead technical teams through complex migrations and audits, utilizing your expertise in SharePoint and tenant administration to maintain a high-performance environment.
