Job Summary

This role involves the independent management and technical leadership of electrical engineering projects for municipal buildings. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of technical building equipment projects, focusing primarily on maintenance and repair measures. Day-to-day tasks include creating technical plans, calculations, and performance specifications, as well as coordinating external contractors to ensure quality and deadline compliance. You will also handle budget monitoring, cost tracking, and invoice verification while communicating with authorities and construction stakeholders.
