Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning, selection, and optimization of wastewater treatment facilities for a major municipal employer. As a member of a 15-person sewage treatment plant construction team, you will lead investment and repair projects across all service phases, from initial design to final commissioning. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating technical trades, managing tenders and awards in compliance with VOB/HOAI regulations, and overseeing the installation of mechanical and biological treatment stages. A key focus is the continuous analysis of existing systems to improve efficiency, save energy, and reduce operating costs. This position is particularly attractive due to its long-term stability under public service collective bargaining (TVöD-VKA), flexible mobile working options after the induction period, and a supportive 'High Five' team culture that prioritizes collaboration over competition.
