Job Summary

This role involves the strategic planning, coordination, and monitoring of IT projects for the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA). You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions, including requirement engineering, change management, and technical solution design. Day-to-day, you will define project milestones, manage budgets, and ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are met while maintaining high standards for IT security and compliance. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and operations to ensure seamless digital processes. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of responsibility in managing the 'digital nervous system' of a major federal agency, offering a secure public service contract (TVöD), flexible mobile working options, and a potential specialist allowance of up to 1,500 Euro per month.
