Job Summary

As a Senior Compliance Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, you will independently manage discrepancies such as deviations, Out of Expectation/Specification (OOX), and events as a Lead Investigator. Your role involves active participation in and leadership of cross-operational and cross-divisional compliance projects. You will independently address various GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) issues within the Focused Factory, including conducting risk analyses and planning and executing cross-operational GMP training sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting deviations and OOX in English during customer meetings, audits, and inspections. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing 2-3 days of remote work per week after an initial on-site training period in Biberach an der Riß.
