Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Software Specialist to drive the development and implementation of customized software solutions aimed at optimizing the performance and establishing new technical standards for packaging machinery. Key responsibilities include the continuous refinement of the software modular system and optimizing serial solutions for deep-drawing packaging machines. The specialist will also provide crucial support to customers during the implementation, commissioning, and optimization phases to ensure maximum satisfaction. Success requires close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to foster innovation and synergy, ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of the solutions using modern development standards. Candidates must possess a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics) and several years of professional experience, specifically in software development compliant with IEC 61131-3 (Structured Text) and user interface development using modern web technologies like HTML5, CSS, Java, and Vue.js. Good proficiency in both German and English is required.
