Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Social Services Office of the Lichtenberg District Office in Berlin by managing a diverse portfolio of events and communication activities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of both small-scale and large-scale public events aimed at supporting the local community. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts for event venues, managing financial planning and controlling for the annual event budget, and overseeing the department's public relations initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative coordination and community engagement. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant for Office Management, Event Management Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte:r), or completion of Administrative Course I (Verwaltungslehrgang I).
