Job Summary

As a Digital Transformation and IT Specialist at SLB, you will act as a technological 'gamechanger' driving the digital future of a leading tax consultancy. Your day-to-day involves analyzing and implementing new digital tools, managing IT projects, and conducting training sessions for over 40 colleagues and hundreds of clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for high-digital mandates, specifically in the E-commerce sector, where you will handle financial accounting, annual financial statements, and tax returns using modern workflows. This role is unique because it offers a high degree of autonomy, including a dedicated €5,000 annual digital training budget and direct reporting lines to firm management. You will transition the firm away from routine administration toward innovative, process-driven solutions, enjoying a modern workspace in Münster with flexible home office options and a culture that actively encourages testing new ideas.
