Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and analyzing software and hardware incidents
  • Experience working with DICOM and HL7 standards in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL database queries
  • Prior technical experience with ISCV, XPER, or IBE systems is preferred
