Job Summary
This role involves the strategic development and marketing of a diverse product and service portfolio, with a strong focus on user-centered innovation. As a Portfolio Management and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, implementation, and evaluation of portfolio marketing concepts. You will lead cross-functional projects, steering collaboration between departments such as Marketing, Design, and IT, as well as external partners. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve conducting target group analyses, designing and moderating workshops, and utilizing agile methodologies like Design Thinking to develop prevention campaigns and communication solutions. The position is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative design understanding. It offers a high degree of creative freedom, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work on meaningful prevention-related projects within a supportive, value-driven team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Communication Science, Psychology, Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Media Studies, Economics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in portfolio development or portfolio marketing
- Professional experience in a project-based innovation environment
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex, cross-departmental projects
- Proven experience applying Design Thinking and Service Design Thinking for product and service development
- Experience in conceptualizing and moderating workshops for interdisciplinary groups
- Experience in managing prevention campaigns or similar communication formats
- Professional experience using Confluence for collaborative documentation
