Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Communication Science, Psychology, Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Media Studies, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in portfolio development, portfolio marketing, or project-based innovation environments
- Proven experience in coordinating complex, cross-departmental projects using agile methodologies
- Extensive experience in the conception and moderation of workshops with interdisciplinary groups
- Demonstrated experience with Design Thinking and Service Design Thinking for user-centered product and service development
- Experience in managing and steering prevention campaigns
- Professional experience in target group analysis and market positioning
