As a Technical Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for the GMP-compliant execution, evaluation, and documentation of release-relevant analytics, including flow cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR. Your daily duties involve the preparation of media, management of microbiological samples, and independent hygiene monitoring within cleanroom environments. You will also play a key role in processing deviations (OOS) and CAPA measures while supporting the validation of modern analytical methods. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), Biology Laboratory Technician, or a Bachelor's degree in a biological field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience and theoretical knowledge in handling primary cells and cell cultures
  • Practical experience with analytical methods such as flow cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR
  • Prior experience in hygiene and microbiological environmental monitoring is preferred
  • Familiarity with GMP requirements and quality-relevant laboratory processes
  • Experience in a regulated laboratory environment (BTA, MTA, or Laboratory Technician)
