This role is based at the C&C Market in Landau and focuses on the continuous improvement and structural efficiency of the organization. As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will spend your days analyzing, developing, and implementing efficient workflows and organizational structures. You will take a lead role in project management, overseeing process optimizations and the introduction of new working methods, including IT tools. Key responsibilities include creating quality management concepts, process descriptions, and training materials, while acting as a vital interface between IT and various specialist departments. Additionally, you will manage internal and external support and maintain webshop master data.
