Job Summary
As a Battery Project & Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead a team of project quality engineers across multiple locations for a demanding high-voltage battery project. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the entire Product Creation Process (PEP), managing preventive quality planning, and ensuring all project milestones are met for series production release (PPAP/VDA 2). You will serve as the central point of contact for internal departments and customers, monitoring quality KPIs and reporting progress directly to the executive board. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry
- Proven experience in leading teams or acting as a Senior Quality Engineer with high assertiveness
- Technical experience in high-voltage battery systems or power electronics
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Experience in reporting and presenting to top-management levels
