Job Summary
As a Battery Project & Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead a team of project quality engineers across multiple locations for a demanding high-voltage battery project. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing preventive quality planning throughout the entire Product Creation Process (PEP), monitoring project milestones, and ensuring timely series production releases according to PPAP and VDA 2 standards. You will serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal departments such as R&D and manufacturing, reporting project progress and quality KPIs directly to the executive board. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in automotive quality management
- Proven experience in leading teams or acting as a Senior Quality Engineer with strong assertiveness
- Experience with high-voltage battery systems or power electronics
- Experience in project management is considered advantageous
- Experience in reporting and presenting to top-management levels
