Job Summary
As an IT Systems Engineer at KÖNIGSTEINER Services GmbH in Stuttgart, you will serve as the technical backbone for a leading recruitment services group. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of a hybrid IT infrastructure, encompassing Windows and Linux server environments, Proxmox/VMware virtualization, and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance across networks (LAN/WLAN/VPN) and implementing robust backup strategies using Veeam. Beyond maintenance, you will drive innovation through automation using PowerShell or Bash and lead critical infrastructure migration projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a university degree in Computer Science.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an IT Systems Engineer or IT Systems Administrator
- Extensive experience managing hybrid environments (On-Premise and Cloud)
- Proven track record in server administration and central infrastructure services
- Experience in planning and executing infrastructure projects and system migrations
- Experience with monitoring tools and process automation
