As an Onsite IT Administrator in Zeitz, you will be the primary point of contact for local users, managing all hardware and software issues within a production-oriented environment. Your daily responsibilities involve troubleshooting technical faults, managing user accounts and access rights via a ticketing system, and performing hardware upgrades and rollouts. Beyond basic support, you will actively contribute to the company's digital transformation by assisting with the implementation of changes to networks, servers, and firewalls. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on hardware tasks and complex system administration. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, preferably within a production or onsite environment
  • Practical experience in managing Windows operating systems and standard IT hardware
  • Experience in network administration and troubleshooting server or firewall systems
  • Experience in user administration and handling support tickets
