Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Civil Engineering Worker or Track Construction Worker. Ideally holds a Master Craftsman (Meister) certificate in Civil Engineering, Track Construction, or Permanent Way Mechanics. Qualification according to the Instructor Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO) is preferred or must be obtained.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Civil Engineering Worker, Track Construction Worker, or in a similar professional field
  • Experience in technical instruction or training of apprentices
  • Professional experience as a Master Craftsman (Meister) in Civil Engineering or Track Construction is preferred
  • Experience with modern media and digital learning tools in a technical environment
  • Experience working within structured operational training plans (BAP)
