As a Vocational Trainer at DB Training, Learning & Consulting, you will be instrumental in shaping the future workforce of Deutsche Bahn in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Civil Engineering Worker or Track Construction Worker. Ideally holds a Master Craftsman (Meister) certificate in Civil Engineering, Track Construction, or Permanent Way Mechanics. Qualification according to the Instructor Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO) is preferred or must be obtained.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Civil Engineering Worker, Track Construction Worker, or in a similar professional field
- Experience in technical instruction or training of apprentices
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman (Meister) in Civil Engineering or Track Construction is preferred
- Experience with modern media and digital learning tools in a technical environment
- Experience working within structured operational training plans (BAP)

- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed; willingness to participate in examination committees; valid work permit for Germany required; high degree of flexibility and organizational skills.
