Job Summary
This role involves the continuous development and optimization of an existing C#/.NET toolset, focusing on architecture, performance, and stability. As an AI/ML Software Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining integrations with Azure DevOps/TFS and developing Model-Context-Protocol (MCP) interfaces. A significant portion of the role focuses on the design, development, and deployment of Python-based machine learning models, including embeddings, classification, and ranking. You will bridge the gap between .NET and Python environments by implementing stable interoperability and managing CI/CD pipelines. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams to improve data quality and evaluation metrics. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computational Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in Applied Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, and Context Engineering
- Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Hugging Face
- Extensive experience in software development using C# and .NET technologies
- Professional experience in Python development and performance optimization
- Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with integration tools like Azure DevOps or TFS
