Job Summary

As a Communications Electronics Technician, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and operational readiness of public transport infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, inspection, and repair of both mobile and stationary ticket machines, validators, and payment systems. You will work with a variety of hardware including PC systems, cash handling units, and change dispensers, performing systematic troubleshooting and component replacement both in the workshop and on-site at customer locations. Beyond physical repairs, you will be responsible for programming components, ensuring online connectivity, and documenting technical data.
