Job Summary

As an Energy Supply Systems Engineer, you will join a team of experts dedicated to ensuring the safety and reliability of industrial electrical networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve evaluating the functionality of power supply systems and assisting manufacturers or operators in developing comprehensive protection concepts. You will be tasked with analyzing complex damage cases and malfunctions, subsequently producing expert reports and recommending concrete remedial measures. The role is highly technical, involving both theoretical and measurement-based analyses of electrical networks, including lightning protection and selectivity analyses. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Engineering or Protection Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning and construction of power supply systems is preferred
  • Experience in the theoretical calculation of networks using DIgSILENT PowerFactory is advantageous
  • Experience in evaluating complex backup power systems
  • Proven experience in creating expert reports and technical documentation
  • Experience working under time-critical conditions with high responsibility
