Job Summary

As the AI Engineering & Automation Lead at Sanacorp, one of Germany's largest pharmaceutical wholesalers, you will play a pivotal role in the company's new AI initiative. Working within the Digital Unit, you will act as a 'Swiss Army Knife' for pragmatic Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), rapidly developing prototypes and automations to validate business hypotheses and ROI. Your day-to-day involves evaluating the technical feasibility of AI use cases, resolving data silo issues, and designing architectures that transition validated prototypes into scalable enterprise solutions. You will serve as a critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution, collaborating closely with IT, BI, and external partners. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who prioritizes speed and functional validation over perfection. Joining a cooperative with 3,000 employees, you will benefit from a culture of high social responsibility, flexible working models, and the opportunity to significantly influence the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
