Job Summary

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance, operating both at a service desk and through a ticket system. Your daily responsibilities include the configuration and support of mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and scanners, as well as performing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) and Break & Fix tasks. You will be responsible for the physical delivery, assembly, and commissioning of PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys direct customer interaction and hardware management.
