Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive onsite IT support for clients throughout Munich and Southern Bavaria, representing one of Germany's leading IT service providers. As the primary point of contact for technical issues, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. Your day-to-day activities will include analyzing hardware and network malfunctions, managing Windows client issues, and documenting all requests within professional ticketing systems. Additionally, you will handle the physical setup and configuration of workstations, perform data backups, and provide user training for new mobile devices and systems. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of technical problem-solving and direct customer interaction. The role offers an attractive salary above standard tariff agreements, up to 30 days of vacation, and the stability of a permanent contract within a company managing over 600,000 workstations globally.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting desktops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Practical knowledge of standard software, operating systems, and Active Directory
  • Experience in documenting and processing support requests in ticketing systems
  • Proven track record in customer-oriented service and structured working methods

  • Valid Class B driver's license is required. Willingness to travel to client sites across Munich and Southern Bavaria.
