Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical hardware and software issues at a major IT service provider near Potsdamer Platz. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, troubleshooting hardware onsite, and managing ticket queues. You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations, imaging notebooks, and managing mobile devices, including providing initial instructions to users. Additionally, you will provide technical support for both in-person and remote meetings. This role is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and direct user interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in onsite IT support
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems
  • Experience in hardware maintenance and workstation setup
  • Experience providing technical instructions and user support for mobile devices
